International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research (IJSTR) shall not take any accountability for the contents of articles published in the journal and all such liability shall lie with the author/s.

The opinions expressed in the articles are exclusively of the author's only and International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research (IJSTR) may not agree with such opinions in part or in full. All the articles submitted for publication in International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research (IJSTR) are peer reviewed for genuineness, moral issues and effectiveness.

Decision of the reviewers shall be held final. Authors are solely responsible for uniqueness of the published work. International Journal of Scientific & Technology Research (IJSTR) shall advocate the highest ethical standards of scientific publications.

The Journal retains the copyrights of all material published in the issue. However, reproduction of the published material in the part or total in any form is permitted with due acknowledgement of the source as per ethical norms.

Systems Reliability

IJSTR aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. IJSTR shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.

Indexing

IJSTR submit all published papers to indexing partners. Indexing totally depends on content, indexing partner guidelines and their indexing procedures. This is the reason sometime indexing happens immediately and sometime it takes time. Publication with IJSTR does not guarantee that paper will surely be added indexing partner website. The whole process for including any article (s) in the Scopus database is done by Scopus team only. Journal or Publication House doesn't have any involvement in the decision whether accept or reject a paper for the Scopus database and cannot influence the processing time of paper.


Governing Law and Venue

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in New Delhi , INDIA.


Copyright Infringement

Any claims of copyright infringement should be addressed to the Editor at editor@ijstr.org bearing the subject line "Copyright Infringement".

The claim must be sufficed by documented evidence supporting the same version as being published or copyrighted or patented by the aggrieved party before the date of publication of the concerned IJSTR article. On receipt of the claim, the IJSTR Editorial Board, if found deemed, shall inform the IJSTR author to provide an explanation; the discussion of which shall be transparent to both parties.

The IJSTR Board reserves the sole rights to decide the validity of any such claims. After deliberation, if the claim is found justified, the concerned manuscript will be removed from all IJSTR archives and servers. In case, the changes required are minimal such as inclusion of references, the authors will be intimated to make the required amendments. The alternative version shall undergo peer-review as any other general submission and shall be published in the same issue (number) of the concerned volume.

Any claims of copyright will be addressed with the highest priority. A revert mail will be dispatched within 3 working days provided the claim is supported by documented evidence.
